Policies & Procedures

- All fees, made payable to Odyssey Dance Theatre Ltd, must be paid in full at least two (2) weeks prior to the commencement of each module.
- Confirmation of enrolments is on a first come first served basis and receipt of full payment.
- ODT reserves the right to cancel or change the date and time of the module. In the event of cancellation by ODT, the full fee will be refunded.
- All fees paid are non-refundable with the exception of class cancellation by ODT.
- ODT shall not be responsible nor will it be required to compensate for the cost of any loss, damage of injury caused to the participant at ODT’s premises.
- The participant shall be liable for any damage or loss to ODT arising from negligence on the part of the participant.
- Participants who have had prior medical conditions should obtain relevant medical clearance before signing up for ODT’s classes.
- Sessions will NOT be conducted on public holidays, unless otherwise stated.
- The participant should adhere to the above terms and conditions and comply with the directions of ODT and its instructors.
- ODT reserves the right to add, modify, waive, cancel and/or suspend any of the terms and conditions without prior notice.

Studio Procedures

- The schedule will always be distributed to you as early as possible. (There may be some amendments to the schedules at short notice and all affected participants will be informed promptly on such changes).
- It is expected that you are ready to commence class immediately at the time of session.
- Eating, snacking and smoking are NOT permitted in the studios at all times. Only water bottles with lids are permitted.
- Do NOT do any activity in the studio that may cause noise and distraction to other people in the room.
- All mobile phones and pagers are to be switched to SILENT MODE when you are in the studio.
- If you are having problems (physical OR emotional) that may affect your concentration in class, please keep the Instructor informed.
- If you cannot attend a session for some reason, please contact our office as soon as possible.
- Please be comfortably dressed for each session so that you will not be distracted.
